Mentoring Men

Bible Study, Community, Marriage, Outreach

The intent of the Mentoring Men group is to provide an environment to help us be the men God created and calls us to be. We need to intentionally seek and develop relationships that provide fellowship and discipleship, personal growth and spiritual formation, accountability and encouragement. Together, through faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we rely upon the Holy Spirit to guide us into all truth in our lives as husbands, fathers, members of His Church Body, at work, and as citizens and neighbors.

Our group has a “study and serve” schedule. We meet weekly alternating one week of study and then one week serving and sharing a meal at the men’s shelter.  Wives are welcome to join us on the days we go to the men's shelter. Study session location is at Ryan’s house (men only).

This cycle our study will be on marriage through a video series titled Men and Marriage by Vince Miller.  However, being married is not a requirement! We are a men's group that is simply focusing on marriage this cycle.  Purchasing the accompanying workbook is not essential for group participation but it will be helpful for studying and reviewing the course content. The workbook can be purchased at:

We are looking forward to a fruitful time together.
