Join us on Saturdays for a small-group workout combining 1-mile run loops with bodyweight training (e.g., lunges, squats, push-ups, planks). Come for the workout, stay for the fellowship!
Where: Lion’s Club Park (meet near the blue awning closest to the road)
When: Saturdays | 8:00–9:00 AM
