Over the next 8 weeks, we’re diving into a small group experience designed to help you learn we're committed to leadership development, to our 12 Operational Principles, and to doing life in relationship. "Leaders" are everyday believers who use their lives to serve God and others. This is where the rubber meets the road.

The Vibe:

Forget "church as usual." This is part content, part conversation, and 100% community. We believe life change happens in small groups, not just in rows on a Sunday. You’ll meet new people, share a few laughs, and realize that growth isn't a solo project.

• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Childcare: Got kids? We’ve got Manna Kids! (Check-in available at all sites).
• Eligibility: Sixth graders and up are welcome. Completion of FirstStep and NextStep, as well as walking through the Membership process at Manna Church is highly recommended.
